MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM Engineer

We are expanding our team and looking for Dynamics 365 F&SCM Engineer for a project-based assignment focused on key Go-Live phases and hands-on field training.

This specialist will be responsible for implementing ERP modules and conducting periodic audits of system usage.

Responsibilities

Specialized Training Delivery: preparation and delivery of targeted training modules for operational staff (warehouse operators, production managers, sales, and shipping personnel).
Go-Live “Floor Support”: physical presence in production departments and warehouses during critical migration phases to assist workers during live operations (assembly line feeding, goods loading/unloading, inter-plant transfers).
Process Audits & Reporting: periodically monitor the quality of data entry, identify departmental bottlenecks or recurring errors, and draft concise summary reports Management.

Qualifications

Solid D365 F&SCM Experience: in-depth knowledge of factory operational flows and integrated logistics within Dynamics 365.
Language Proficiency: excellent/Native Ukrainian (essential for floor worker training) + English (required for coordination with the parent company in Europe).
Flexibility & Mobility: availability for targeted on-site visits to the Zhytomyr region plants during critical rollout milestones.
